You're not going to find recipes with 20+ ingredients and elaborate steps. My goal is to help you get up on your feet with quick and easy recipes that your kids will enjoy (and you, too!).
Making your own food for your kids is inherently healthy. The main reason for this is that you get to choose the ingredients. Although I'm not a dieter or health food fanatic, I do like to make basic healthy choices that steer clear of the myriad chemicals you find in today's mass-produced foods.
Above all, cooking for your kids can be fun! I find that my kitchen time is the part of the day that I look forward to most. You can too!
